Dr. Janose Osedeme is equipped with a teaching grace to bring understanding to every heart that is sincerely seeking the truth. He is also empowered to live a Spirit-filled - a manifestation of the indwelling ministry of the Holy Spirit. The word of God is the foundation for every teaching. He is called to equip the next generation to function in their God-given purpose, first as sons of God on the earth and in the Adamic mandate.
Dr. Janose Osedeme is a trained mechanical engineer and professional project manager. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Western New England University, two master's degrees from Pennsylvania State University - in mechanical engineering and engineering management, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Covenant University. He is also an entrepreneur with several years of experience leading successful businesses.
Dr. Janose Osedeme believes God's grace is available for each believer to step out in faith to do the good works God ordained for us to do. This is how we shine the light of God to the world. He is a father, leader, mentor, big brother, and friend to many. He is called "The Lightman" because he lives true to his identity as found in God's word:
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Dr. Janose Osedeme is a blessed family man, married to his beloved wife Deborah Osedeme, they are blessed with a son Okuose.
